Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where Did My Day Go? is a four-week, case-based program designed to help participants recover up to 24 hours of lost time over the course of a month. Each week focuses on a specific area where time quietly disappears and applies practical changes to reclaim it.

Week 2: Evenings and home time

Week 4: Protecting and keeping the time you’ve recovered

  • Parts of the program involve productivity, especially during the workday, because improving how work time is used is one of the most effective ways to recover lost hours. However, this is not a generic productivity system. Each week is focused, applied, and tied directly to reclaiming time.
