💧The Great Hydration Race FAQ

❓When does the challenge start and end?

·         Start: Friday, August 1

·         End: Saturday, August 31

·         You’ll track your water daily and submit totals weekly.

🗓️ When do I turn in my water totals?

·         First submission window: August 10–13 (covers August 1–9)

After that:

·         August 17–19

·         August 24–26

Final: August 31–September 2

·         Submit once per window.

·         On a team? Give your totals to your team leader.

·         Going solo? Complete a survey during each window.

 

🎯 What’s the actual goal?

Drink 8 cups of water (8 oz each) every single day in August.

Do that all 31 days, and you’ll be entered into the PTO raffle, no matter what your teammates do.   This challenge is about consistency, not intensity.

More is fine, but 8 cups a day, every day, is the goal.

🤷‍♂️ What counts as “water”?

Let’s keep it simple:

✅ Plain water

✅ Sparkling water (unsweetened)

✅ Water with fruit slices (lemon, lime, etc.)

❌ Anything else doesn’t count.

If you have to ask, it’s probably a no😊

🥇 Will there be bonus challenges?

Yes!

Look out for fun individual and team bonus challenges throughout the month.

They’re optional, but they’re a great way to stay engaged and maybe win extra raffle entries.
